Gilbert has 41 years experience in real estate. From
1986 to 1995 Gilbert and Alma owned and operated Sea Gull Realty specializing in
waterfront properties and development in Pamlico and Beaufort counties. He was
broker-in-charge at Rich Company Bath Branch office for 12 years beginning in
1995.
In February 2009 Gilbert and Alma established GAE Enterprises Inc. Gilbert is a
member of the Washington Beaufort County Board of Realtors. In 2010 he received
the designation of Realtor Emeritus for his 40+ years as a Realtor. He and Alma
are active members of First Baptist Church, Washington. Alma is organist at the
church.

Alma has 25
years experience in real estate. Beginning in 1995
Alma was selling/ listing broker and office manager at Rich Company Bath Branch
office for 12 years and later broker-in-charge for 2 years after Gilbert retired
from the company.
Alma is active in the WBCBR having served as chairperson of RPAC for a number of
years. She is a newly inducted member of the Realtor Silver Service Club. Alma
is an appointed member of the Historic Bath Commission. She currently serves as
Board Member and Volunteer at Eagle's Wing, a Christian food pantry. |
